Cooking Classes

Registration​

• To register for a class please visit our store, give us a call/email OR use the DIALOG BOX below.
• Class space is limited and is sold on a first come, first serve basis, so please book ahead accordingly.
• Please note class must be paid for to secure your spot.

Payments

• Must pay upon sign-up. Money can be mailed or brought to the store. If you sign up below, we please wait for us to confirm your spot before making a payment.
• Only checks made out to the chef or cash are accepted.
• No credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

• If your cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the class, the amount paid can be transferred to another class and date or refunded.
• Cancellations after the 72 hour deadline forfeit payment for the class as the chefs must pre-purchase food for each class.

Classes

• The menus are subject to change due to the availability of ingredients and/or at the chef’s discretion.
• All class participants will receive copies of recipes for all dishes prepared in classes.

• Please make one inquiry for each person in your party who wishes to attend.
• Payment should be brought by or mailed to the store AFTER you receive an email from us confirming your spot in the class. lepetite@cvctx.com
