2/3 Select Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1/3 Ariston Balsamic Vinegar.
You can shake it well and use the resulting blend as a salad dressing. You can also pour lightly and get just the Olive Oil, or tip a little further and taste the aged balsamic coming out.
Olive type: Koroneiki
Source/Region: Messinia Region of Greece.
Grape type: Mainly Lambrusco and Trebbiano
Source/Region: Modena, Italy
Food Pairings/Use: Pairs well with salads, steamed or grilled vegetables, chicken, pork, drizzle over red meats, mozzarella cheese, any Greek dish, etc. Great for bread dipping, pesto and marinades too.

We started in the spring of 1997 as a small family business, first bringing in to Connecticut cold press extra virgin olive oil that was and still is produced by our family in the Kalamata region of Greece.
We later began adding balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy.
