Online Return Policy

Returns on items from our online store will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Store credit will most likely be issued, however, that will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us, Le Petite Gourmet Shoppe, if you would like to return an item before shipping or bringing it back to us. We must approve the return. The customer will be resposible for paying to ship the item back to us if a return is approved. We will not refund the orignal shipping amount if a refund is approved. We have the right to deny a return, and we may change our return/refund policy at any time.

If products are damaged or defective upon delivery, we will coordiante with our shipping partner and/or product manufacturer to determine the best course of action. Once again, these cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but we will most likely exchange or issue a refund if this circumstance arises.
