Online Return Policy – Updated 10/11/2022

Returns on items from our online store will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us, Le Petite Gourmet Shoppe, if you would like to return an item before shipping or bringing it back to us. We must approve the return. The customer will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us if a return is approved. We will not refund the original shipping amount if a refund is approved. We have the right to deny a return, and we may change our return/refund policy at any time. Any ONLINE returns will be credited back to the original payment method. We will not refund any amount that was paid toward shipping fees, and we may deduct any card processing fees we incur from the return amount. Any food, close-out, or clearance items are not eligible for returns. Any returned items must be sent back in original packaging, and the item must be unused.

If products are damaged or defective upon delivery, we will coordinate with our shipping partner and/or product manufacturer to determine the best course of action. Once again, these cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but we will most likely exchange or issue a refund if this circumstance arises.

Please allow for up to 30 days upon initiating a return request for a decision/refund.
