The Resident Chef's Potato Leek Soup for Two is a delicious dish, made for two people to share. The dish is designed for a delicious taste, without the burden of leftovers.
DIRECTIONS
Add three cups of water and contents of the package to a medium saucepan. We recommend adding a tablespoon of Avocado oil or your favorite oil to enhance the dish. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer on low, allowing the soup to thicken. Serve warm or cold (42 Deg F for Vichyssoise.)
