The Resident Chef's tasty pizza casserole will make your mouth water! This dish is easy to make and will have your family asking for more.
DIRECTIONS
Cook noodles in 6 cups of boiling water until tender (10-15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown 1.5 to 2 lbs ground beef, chicken or turkey. Drain greese. Add seasoning pack to meat, 8oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of water and a 15 oz can of diced tomatoesor a jar of your favorite salsa. Countinue to heat on medium stirring to melt the cream cheese, add the cooked noodles. You can finish in the pan by adding 1 cup of shredded mozzerella cheese and serving after the cheese melts, or by transferring to an oven friendly pan, topping with the mozzerella and melting / browning in a 250 F. oven. (cooking times vary by oven)
