Fine Italian grape musts fermented together with 100% Italian Red Wine Vinegar offer us this unique balsamic vinegar. Maturing in OAK barrels, Ariston Apple Balsamic builds a sweet tangy tart flavor and some slight aromatics of oak, only to become a small delicacy complimenting a wide range of dishes.
Grape type: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana, or Montuni.
Source/Region: Modena, Italy.

"Since 1997, Ariston’s products have been greatly received by the public.
We started in the spring of 1997 as a small family business, first bringing in to Connecticut cold press extra virgin olive oil that was and still is produced by our family in the Kalamata region of Greece.
We later began adding balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy.
Our mission from the very beginning was to provide the American Food Market and eventually the world with premium unsurpassed oils and vinegars at an affordable price." - Ariston
