A juice groove on one side keeps things tidy, and there is a flat food prep surface on the other – perfect for your most challenging recipes. The Gourmet Series boards are made using 3/8 inch material.
USE & CARE
- Wash with warm water and soap, or run through dishwasher. (Board can warp if left damp for long periods of time)
- If the board gets stained, try a non-abrasive household cleaner. Epicurean boards are stain resistant, but like most materials the board will stain if left in contact with alkaline materials for too long.
- To avoid warping, thoroughly dry your board surface and edge before storing.
