ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Put on your chef’s jacket and go to work with Epicurean’s Chef Series Cutting Board. Thick, sturdy, and sized for serious cutting and chopping, the 29″ × 17.5″ size offers over 500 square inches. This board may be too large to fit in your dishwater, but don’t fret; the material cleans up easily and won’t harbor bacteria. This board can be stored upright in your cupboard, but you might prefer to keep this beauty on the counter. The Chef Series board is made using 1/2 inch material.

USE & CARE

• Wash with warm water and soap, or run through dishwasher. (Board can warp if left damp for long periods of time)
• If the board gets stained, try a non-abrasive household cleaner. Epicurean boards are stain resistant, but like most materials the board will stain if left in contact with alkaline materials for too long.
• To avoid warping, thoroughly dry your board surface and edge before storing.
