Monday, April 24 - A Gourmet Evening IV
A Special Evening of gourmet delights!  Maximum of 12 guests - 
$65 per person - Class is full - taking names for a waiting list

Dishes will include:

- Scallop & Mango Skewers with a vanilla dressing

- Cappucinoof lentils

- Caramelized Pork Tenderloin on a butter braised potato

- Sage & Claret Sauce

- Stuffed Zucchini

-  Exotic Fruit Mille Feuille with a fruit coulis 

  

 

Monday, May 8, 2017 - Taste of England 

Dishes will include:
~ Cream of Mushroom soup with toasted garlic flutes
~ Roast Pork with sage and onion stuffing and Cider Sauce
~ Butter Roasted Potatoes
~ Tartlet of creamed Brussel sprouts
~ Classic Cabinet Pudding with Apricot sauce
 

 

Monday, June 5, 2017 - Taste of Spain   

Dishes will include:
~ Iced Pimento, tomato and Cucumber soup
~ Garlic and Saffron Seared Shrimp
~ Pan roasted Chicken Breast with an Almond and Mushroom Cream
~ Spanish Style Braised Rice
~ Zucchini and chick peas with Butter and Bacon
~ Poached Pear topped with a Caramel and Coffee sauce

 

Monday, July 10, 2017 - Taste of Greece     

Dishes will include:
~ Mint Flavored Humus on warm flat bread
~ Moussaka
~ Lemon and butter potatoes
~ Baked Tomatoes with herbs
~ Genoise Sponge cake with a Baklava Syrup and fruit

~ Potato, bacon and lentil soup
~ Spinach mousseline stuffed Pork Loin with a red wine and black pepper sauce
~ Braised Red Cabbage with apple and cider
~ Butter baked Potatoes with cinnamon and garlic
~ German Style Chocolate brownies with a black cherry compote
