A Special Evening of gourmet delights!  Maximum of 12 guests - 

ONLY ONE SPOT LEFT!!  $70 per person

 

Dishes will include:
~  Iced Cucumber Soup topped with a Curry Cream
~  Warm salad of burnt mushrooms, bacon, shallots, and red wine
~  Salmon "En Croute" with an asparagus cream and dill sauce
~  French beans wrapped in bacon
~  Chateau potatoes
~  Two flavors of Chocolate and Strawberry

  

Monday, July 10, 2017 - Taste of Greece     

Dishes will include:
~ Mint Flavored Humus on warm flat bread
~ Moussaka
~ Lemon and butter potatoes
~ Baked Tomatoes with herbs
~ Genoise Sponge cake with a Baklava Syrup and fruit

Monday, August 14, 2017 - Taste of Germany 

Dishes will include:
~ Potato, bacon and lentil soup
~ Spinach mousseline stuffed Pork Loin with a red wine and black pepper sauce
~ Braised Red Cabbage with apple and cider
~ Butter baked Potatoes with cinnamon and garlic
~ German Style Chocolate
brownies with a black cherry compote

 

Monday, August 28 - A Gourmet Evening

A Special Evening of gourmet delights!  Maximum of 12 guests - $70 per person

 

Dishes will include:
~  Salmon tarter with sour cream and scallion
~  Tricasse of shrimp and mushroom
~  Rosemary crusted rack of lamb with a red cuarant claret reduction

~  Melody of baby vegetables

~  Minted potatoes

~  Mango and Lemon torte with coffee bean sauce

Dishes will include: 
~ Cock-A-Leekie soup with Barley
~ Oatmeal Crusted fillet of Salmon with a Spinach Cream Sauce
~ Braised Potatoes with Onions and Thyme
~ Broccoli with a Whiskey Cheese sauce
~ Tipsy Trifle

 

 

Monday, October 23, 2017 - Gourmet Evening (12 guests limit) 

$70 per person

 

Dishes will include: 

~  Creamed soup of roasted mushrooms and garlic

~  Filet of Cod with a lemon, parsley crust on a mustard cream sauce

~  Filet Mignon, butter fried on a bed of chive mash with a madeira reduction

~  Glazed baby carrots

~  Trio of miniature desserts

~  Baked Fish with West Indian Creole Sauce
~  Sugar Mill Orange Roast Pork with Black Bean Sauce
~  Curried Citrus Rice

Dishes will include: 

~  Green Salad with a Dijon Dressing
~  Crème de Mais (cream of sweetcorn soup)
~  Breast of Chicken with Ham, Peppers and Tomatoes
~  Mushroom Pilaff
~  Peach and Strawberry Mousse

 

 

Monday, January 8, 2018 - Taste of Italy

Dishes will include:

  

~  Cream of Spinach Soup with Garlic
~  Lombo di Maiale Ripieno (Salami stuffed loin of pork)
~  Braised Eggplant, peppers and tomatoes
~  Herb roasted potatoes
~  Italian chocolate and strawberry cream cake

 

 

 

Monday, January 22, 2018 - Gourmet Evening (12 guests limit) 

$70 per person

 

Dishes will include: 

 

~  A light terrine of pork tenderloin and candied red onion, with salad leaves
~  Shrimp and mushrooms with a rich spinach cream
~  Breast of chicken stuffed with prosciutto and cheese
~  Dressed on baby bok choy with a Chardonnay cream
~  Butter braised rice
~  Orange and Lemon Tart with candied orange 

 

 

 

Monday, February 5 - Taste of Spain

Dishes will include:   

 

~  Sizzling Garlic and Butter Shrimp

~  Chicken in Saffron and Almond sauce

~  Fava bean and pepper rice

~  Asparagus with buttered herbs

~  Caramelized Peaches with meringue

 

 

Monday, March 12 - Taste of England 

Dishes will include: 

 

~  Shrimp and smoked salmon mousse with toasted flutes
