 Cooking Classes

  • $50.00 per person/adult

  • $25.00 per child attending the class with an adult 

Maximum of 25 people per class

  • 2-7 days for advance booking

  • Each class lasts 2 hours

  • Monday Classes are 6 p.m - 8 p.m

  • Sunday Classes are 12:30 p.m - 2:30 p.m

  • 10% Discount on all store purchases when you attend a class


Chef Mike Morphew worked in the kitchens of Buckingham Palace cooking for the Royal Family. He holds the title “Master Chef” in the Cookery and Food Association and has gained gold medals in the international culinary competitions. Currently, he works bringing culinary training and demonstrations into people's homes as well as offering the service of private fine dining parties.

Chef Dorothy Huang worked as a therapeutic dietitian in hospitals before beginning her career as a cooking instructor. Her signature class is her Dim Sum Lunch and Walking Tour of Chinatown in Houston and has been featured in regional and national publications. She has also developed recipes for major cookware and food companies.

Hands On (Wear your apron!!)  
Chef Huang demystifies Chinese cooking and takes you through a culinary step-by-step in preparing these delectable Chinese Dishes.  She can turn each of you into an expert in Chinsese cooking in just a couple of hours!
Menu includes:
~  The best ever Pot-stickers (Pan-fried chicken and spinach dumplings)
~  Sweet & Sour Pork
~  Beef fried rice

How to Register For a Cooking Class


  • To register for a class please visit our store, give us a call/email OR use the DIALOG BOX below.
  • Class space is limited and is sold on a first come, first serve basis, so please book ahead accordingly. 
  • Please note class must be paid for to secure your spot.
  • Must pay before class so the chef can purchase food
  • Only checks made out to the chef or cash are accepted
  • No credit cards 
Cancellation Policy 
  • If your cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the class, the amount paid can be transferred to another class and date (Adult's Class Only).  
  • Cancellations after the 48 hour deadline forfeit payment for the class as the chef's must pre-purchase food for each class 
  • The menus are subject to change due to the availability of ingredients and/or at the chef's discretion.
  • All class participants will receive copies of recipes for all dishes prepared in classes.

  • Which chef do you want for the class?
  • What time and day do you want to schedule the class?
  • What kind of food would you like prepared? (Chef's can make a menu if you are unsure)
  • Any specific products you wish to learn/use in the class?
